Job Overview:
The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the tendering process, from the identification of tender opportunities to the preparation and submission of bids. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while ensuring compliance with all tender requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Identification: Research and identify tender opportunities in line with the companys business goals, and ensure timely registration on relevant tender portals.
- Tender Documentation: Prepare and manage all documentation required for tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the tender requirements.
- Bid Preparation: Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, and financial) to compile and prepare comprehensive and competitive bids, proposals, and quotations.
- Compliance & Quality Checks: Review tender documents and ensure that all compliance requirements (technical, financial, legal) are met before submission.
- Submission Management: Coordinate the submission of tenders, ensuring that they are submitted on time and in the correct format (physical or electronic).
- Bid Clarifications: Address any clarifications or additional documentation requests from clients during the tender evaluation process.
- Tender Negotiations: Assist in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts as part of the bid preparation and post-submission processes.
- Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors, to support the tender process.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize a database of all tender submissions, related documents, and records for future reference and audits.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry standards related to tendering.

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, bills payable, cash book, general accounting, GST filing, ITR filing, ledger maintenance, service tax return (ST), TDS return preparation.
- Ensure accurate voucher entry and maintain a high level of accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare balance sheets and income statements for internal stakeholders.
- Manage and monitor company cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.

Preferred candidate profile
- M.Com, MBA/PGDM in Finance preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software is essential; knowledge of other accounting packages an added advantage.
- Familiarity with real estate accounting standards and practices.
