Role & responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Strategy:
- Lead the project from the pre-construction phase, including feasibility studies, master planning, and design coordination in coordination with Chief of Projects.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets (CTC - Cost to Completion), resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Provide strategic inputs on project specifications, design, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FSI, zoning regulations, local by-laws).

2. Project Execution and Site Management:

- Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and implement corrective actions to address delays or issues.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.

3. Budget and Financial Management:
- Oversee all financial aspects, including budget preparation, billing, vendor payments, and cost monitoring.
- Identify and implement value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the finance and contracts teams to manage project expenditures and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
4. Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, including consultants (architects, structural engineers, etc.), contractors, and government authorities.
- Lead the selection and negotiation process for contractors and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and service quality.
- Manage relationships with all project partners to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution.
- Liaise with liaison team to secure necessary permits, clearances, and approvals.
5. Quality, Safety, and Compliance:
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a strong health, safety, and environment (HSE) culture on all project sites.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee the final handover process, including as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.
Preferred candidate profile : A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is essential. A Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the entire project lifecycle, from land acquisition to final handover.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- In-depth understanding of construction methods, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Experience with contract administration, billing, and procurement.

Role Purpose
To handle measurement, billing, and certification of civil construction works by preparing RA bills, final bills, BOQs, and quantity take-offs, ensuring accuracy, contract compliance, and timely submission to support smooth project cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Measurement & Quantity Take-Off
- Prepare detailed measurements for civil works including excavation, RCC, PCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and structural works.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and approved BOQs.
- Verify quantities executed at site with drawings and specifications.
2. Billing & Documentation
- Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) bills, interim bills, and final bills for civil items.

3. Client & Consultant Coordination
